✨ Commission Process & Pricing Info

1. Initial Inquiry

Submit your request through my website, including your preferred size, style, and reference images. I’ll reach out to confirm details and gather any additional information needed.

2. Review & Agreement

Once we finalize the concept, size, and price, we’ll sign a brief commission agreement outlining the scope, timeline, and terms.

3. Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit (via PayPal, Zelle, or Cash App) is required to reserve your commission slot and begin the project.

4. Sketch & Concept Approval (1–3 Days)

I create a rough sketch or digital mock-up for your approval before any painting begins.

5. Painting Phase (1–2 Weeks)

I begin your artwork and will share 1–2 progress updates if requested.
Timing varies depending on size and complexity.

6. Drying & Varnishing (2–3 Weeks)

Oil paint requires proper curing time. Once dry, the piece is sealed with matte, satin, or gloss varnish for longevity and protection.

7. Final Approval & Balance

You receive a final photo of the completed work. Once approved, the remaining 50% balance is due, along with any shipping fees.

8. Delivery or Pickup

Once fully cured, your painting will be carefully packaged and shipped, or you may pick it up locally at no cost.

Upon full payment, you own the physical artwork for personal enjoyment and receive a Certificate of Authenticity.
However, the artist retains full copyright unless commercial rights are negotiated separately.

You may not reproduce or sell the artwork without a licensing agreement.

❌ Cancellations

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable, even if the project is canceled before painting begins. This deposit secures your commission slot and reserves dedicated time in my schedule.
• If the project is canceled after work has begun, the artist retains the painting as well as the non-refundable deposit.
• If you decide not to keep the completed artwork, you may return it within 7 days (shipping at your cost). Your payment may be applied toward any available original work, excluding commissions.

📦 Shipping

Shipping is additional and varies based on size, weight, and destination.
Local pickup is free (Atlanta, GA).
