Green Smoothie For Your Sweet Tooth! Great for your time of month ladies!
Ingredients for this amazingly sweet green smoothie recipe with spinach:
1 cup of grapes
1/2 a small cantaloupe (about 2 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 cup of spinach
1 cup of compassionate milk (I’m using almond milk)
Blend spinach and compassionate milk until smooth. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend altogether. Add ice if you want it cold or pre-freeze the cantaloupe and/or grapes.
